Polk State’s faculty and staff take pride in being dynamic leaders at the forefront of technology. A badge is a distinctive emblem worn as a mark of office, 技能证明, 会员, 或成就, and is also a visual representation of a learning experience, 结果, 能力或隶属关系. The 学习技术 department implemented a badging program. Credential badges are an enhanced feature that showcases faculty and staff accomplishments. The badges are located on the faculty/staff members’ 人 配置文件.

1. 帆布先锋证书

   

   • Attend a preview/training session
   • Attend a train the trainer session
   • Present at least 两个 trainings
   • Work with colleagues as courses are designed

2. Classroom 技术 Credential

   Implement 两个 of the following in-class technologies:

   • 讲座捕获
   • 课堂游戏
   • 学生的反应
   • Leveraged Mobile 技术 (i.e. 数字故事)

3. Innovation Research Credential

   Complete an Innov8 Academy cohort, from institute to poster presentation on Professional Development Day.

4. Instructional 技术 Advocate Credential

   Present at 两个 professional conferences or workshops on instructional technology.

5. Online Teaching Certification Credential

   

   Complete the online teaching certification training.

6. Open 教育al Resources Credential

    

   Offers at least one course without a textbook cost using Open 教育al Resources (OER)

   Attends Open 教育al Resources (OER) 社区 of Practice

   Uploads the course design to the Canvas Commons for shared use

   Presents on the impact of OER Implementation

7. 技术联络

   

   Complete the following 派 trainings:

   • 派 Basics Training (Phase 1)
   • 派 Technical Liaison Training (Phase 2)
   • Designing your 派 site: Owner/Technical Liaison Workshop (Phase 3)
   • 培训培训师

   And present a 派 Basics Training

8. Quality Instructional Design Credential

   Complete a QM-managed review with course meeting required expectations.

9. Quality Instructional Design Leadership Credential

   至少完成 两个 QM-managed reviews with courses meeting required expectations. 至少是行为 三个 reviews for peers progressing through QM.

10. 技术 Advisor Credential

    Partner one-on-one with a faculty member in at least one of the following modalities for at least one academic year:

11. 技术 Attendance Credential

    Attended four or more trainings on 学习技术 Tools at 澳门新葡京博彩.

12. 技术 Trainer Credential

    

    Deliver at least 两个 technology-related training’s for peers.
